Apartment Junior

Apartment is situated in the attic (90 m2).

Layout:

kitchen is a part of the living room (30 m²) - fridge, microwave oven, stove, radio, dishwasher, coffeemaker, kettle, plates, pans, glassware. There is a fold-out couch and a big satellite TV in the kitchen.
2 three-bed rooms with master beds (each 15m²)
one twin bed room (15m²)
room for another two persons in a separate twin bed room on the first floor
bathroom with a shower, hair blower
separate toilet

If needed we can provide a children highchair, bathtub and nursing table. Ski room for skis and ski boots is in the basement.

Other fees

Final cleaning: €85, Pets: €15 /night. Prices do not include the local tax. 1.5. - 31.10.2022: €3.50 /person, 1.11.2021 - 30.4.2022: €3.50/person. Accommodation includes sheets, towels and electricity.

Children aged 3 -12 years 15% discount

A deposit of € 100 per apartment must be paid upon arrival / check-in, which will be refunded in full, provided that the apartment is left completely clean on departure / check-out.

Haus Attos fulfills all wishes for trip of young people. One apartment is large enough for big group and they are also fully and modern equiped. Julius and Zuzana are very friendly and kind hosts. And nature… Oh, it is something awesome!

Accomondation was excellent! We spent there 5 days. This part of Austria especially this valley is beautiful. Solden ski resort is not far, Julius and Suzan were very kindly, appartment was nice and cozy. We recommend it for families with childrens.

We spend 5 days in the renewed apartment with my friend. The Haus changed former owner and Zuzana with Julius are the new happy and helpful hosts. Zuzana is fan of healthy cuisine. She can prepare sushi for you (wueeey, good to know if you are fed up with schnitzel), morning smoothie or simple breakfast (upon agreement). There is a playground next to the Hous, so next time I will take my kids with me. The place is great for walking, hiking, cycling … We just loved to look at the mountains and all that green around us.

The apartmens in Haus attos are perfect for bigger group of people – friends or families with children. The place is clean, the owners are very kind and helpful. They truly fullfilled all our expectations. The apartments looks like on the presented pictures. And the high hills, nature, skiing…. brilliant. Perfect place to stay during the whole year.

“What a great apartment and amazing hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for Zuzana and Julius. They were the perfect hosts with just the right amount of checking everything was ok plus of course the lovely gifts. The apartment itself is spotless, very well equipped and plenty of room for everyone without feeling cramped. Views down the valley are great and there’s a ski room too for storing skis, boots etc. The location is very quiet but just a 5 minute walk to pubs, a bakers and tea rooms. The surrounding area is beautiful with some amazing walks starting in the village. Two ski areas are within a short drive and Langenfeld has everything you may need when on holiday. All in all an amazing apartment, great hosts and a perfect location. ”
